This does not include Dr. Mack’s monthly specials, so you potentially could save even more money! On your first treatment with this 3-tier system you will receive $50 off that same day, plus receive the 200 points into your Brilliant Distinctions account which is a $25 value that can be used towards your next treatment. Secondly, you will receive $75 off of your second treatment and another 200 points. During your third visit you will also receive $75 off that treatment as well as another 200 points! What exactly is the Brilliant Distinctions® Program?
The Brilliant Distinctions® Program allows you to earn points for each eligible treatment you receive from Dr. Mack. These points are redeemable for dollars off future treatments, as all as select ALLERGAN® products such as Latisse®.
How do I sign up for the Brilliant Distinctions® Program?
1. Log on to the program site at www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com. All the website will request is your name, email address, address, birthdate, gender and then create a password. I use your LAST NAME, ZIP and BIRTHDATE to find you, so please make sure that is accurate. 2. Once on the site, pick William P. Mack, M.D. as your providing physician and your name will be added into Dr. Mack’s data base.
How do I start earning rewards?
Once you are enrolled and receive treatment, the office staff at Dr. Mack will enter the points on your treatment day. Points can be gained from treatment of Botox® Cosmetic and/or Juvéderm® or purchase of Latisse®. Once logged into the program, you can either accumulate points to create a larger coupon, donate to charity, or go ahead and create a coupon right away. It’s that easy! Now that you have the coupon, call Dr. Mack’s office and schedule your next appointment. Make sure to bring in your coupon and you will be able to deduct the coupon amount right at checkout! Please be aware that points do expire as well as coupons once they are created.
